Britain’s Got Talent: The Ultimate Magician judge Amanda Holden was left petrified when one the acts surprised her with the gift of a real-life snake.
Amanda, who will star as a judge on the Britain’s Got Talent one-off special, is set to be shown having quite the fright during Sunday’s episode of the ITV special.
At first, Amanda seemed pleasantly surprised as her gift appeared to unmask an innocent-looking teddy bear. But things took a turn as the teddy bear’s head was removed and it’s body ripped out to reveal a huge live snake.

The radio presenter was seen screaming and running away from her desk as hopeful contestant The Witch unleashes chaos in the studio.
She shrieked: “I hate snaked!” and fled for safety away from the animal.
Amanda was joined by fellow judges Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Las Vegas legend Penn Jillette, best known from the magic duo Penn and Teller.
The new panel are due to be getting up close and personal with real-life snakes that have been hidden from them as “gifts”.
Up to ten magical acts will come forward to impress the judges and be crowned the Ultimate Magician, as well as taking home the glorious £50,000 prize fund.
Elsewhere in the programme, Stephen Mulhern replaces Geordie presenting duo Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly as the host as the host of the long-running ITV show.
Fans will have spotted that X-Factor mastermind Simon Cowell was missing for the usual judging line-up, but was unable to join due to filming commitments.
Instead, famous magician Penn Jillette took his spot and said being a judge on the show was the “cushiest job ever”.
“Being a guest judge on BGT is going to be the cushiest job ever. They’ve gone all around the world to find the most astounding magicians, and I get to sit and watch and be amazed. I cannot wait!” he said.
Britain’s Got Talent: The Ultimate Magician will air on Sunday, December 18 at 8pm on ITV and ITV X
