BBC Breakfast presenter Nina Warhurst was left feeling guilty after she came clean about her sleeping habits on a recent episode of the show.
She was presenting the early morning news programme when she apologised to her co-presenter Roger Johnson after he complained about the heat.
After the weather segment was shown, the camera cut back to the two hosts in the studio as they discussed the current heatwave in the UK.

Roger admitted that he had been struggling to sleep due to the high temperatures and turned to Nina before they continued with the programme.
Roger told viewers that it will be a “relief for many people” to hear that the temperatures will be dropping within the next week.
He turned to Nina and asked: “It was tricky sleeping, wasn’t it? It was so sticky last night. I really struggled, I have to say.”
She expressed concern for her colleague as they discussed their sleeping patterns, but couldn’t resist showing off a little.
Nina smugly responded with: “I am one of those people who gets on everyone’s nerves and sleeps really well in the heat. I don’t know what it is, it puts me into a deep sleep. I am sorry about that, you probably don’t want to hear it.”
Warhurst threw her hands up in mock surrender as Roger jokingly tutted in jealousy.
They continued on with the programme and informed viewers that “around 7,000” houses have been without water due to the “hot weekend”.
Nina and Roger regularly post pictures on social media and love to offer viewers a glimpse into life on the BBC Breakfast set.
Ahead of this particular show, Nina shared a picture of herself with Roger as they prepared for the morning’s headlines.
They sat on the BBC studio sofa and smiled for the camera as Nina explained what was coming up on the show.
She wrote in the caption: “From Salford, [the] BBC Breakfast crew with you as Salman Rushdie [is] reportedly recovering well. Avanti reduces its timetable, Sarah Keith-Lucas’ rain dance worked – there’s some next week.”
Viewers were excited to see them return and called them “always great,” “such a joy” and told Nina she looked “lovely”.
