Barney Walsh and Stephanie Del Valle Diaz have “confirmed” their relationship together after they went Instagram official – putting months of speculation about their friendship to bed.
The 24-year-old actor – who is the son of the 61-year-old The Chase presenter Bradley Walsh and actress Donna Derby – first met the 25-year-old Puerto Rican beauty after hosting one of the Miss World competitions back in 2017.
Since then, the pair have remained close, with fans convinced the sweet duo were more than friends after spending more and more time in each other’s company.
Now, a source, who is reported to be a mutual friend of the couple, has claimed the duo are indeed dating after opening up to The Sun on Sunday about their relationship.

The insider told the publication: “The couple started out as mates. They’re now very loved-up and recently enjoyed a winter holiday to Portugal.
“They get on really well and know they’re both young in their careers so give each other space to pursue their dreams. This is set to be a big year for them.”
It comes after fans branded the pair ‘Insta-official’ after the 2016 Miss World winner shares a romantic sunset snap with her beau online.

The happy couple flashed their pearly whites while they donned matching black tops as they shared a loving embrace as the sun set across the Atlantic Ocean during their European trip.
She captioned the sweet snap: “Happy Three Kings Day with a beautiful sunset in Portugal or as we say in Spanish, ‘Happy Tricking Day’ #travelwithsteph.”
Their couples snap comes one year after the model shares a of herself posing with Barney underneath the Eiffel Tower which they enjoyed in the star of their friendship.

It comes as fans prepare for Barney to star alongside his legendary TV father on the fourth series of Breaking Dad.
The ITV series will start airing on Monday, 17 as the duo will be seen travelling across Europe together from Croatia, Denmark, Norway, Poland and Sweden.
The father-son duo are even set to go as far as the Arctic circle as Barney shared some behind-the-scenes snaps of the pair on the show.

Alongside a snap of himself holding a football, and another of himself and his father dressed in safety harnesses as he teased some of the wild antics the pair get up to in the new series.
He captioned the snaps: “Football? Or a heights challenge? BREAKING DAD SEASON 4!! Stats this coming Monday (the 17th of January) 8pm.”
