Carol Vorderman has paraded her “rear of the year” while donning tight leggings for a steamy yoga workout.
Posting more and more fitness content, Carol is enjoying showing her followers her incredible flexibility and stamina while working up a sweat.
Pouring her enviable curves into a tight red yoga outfit, the 61-year-old former Countdown maths whizz looked incredible as she gave her fans a glimpse at her gruelling workout.

Taking to Instagram to share a montage of sizzling snaps, Carol paraded her figure in a fire engine red pair of yoga pants with a matching top while “learning to do the splits”.

Looking ageless, Carol sizzled as she donned her gym gear and showed off her toned abs and incredibly slender figure.
Uploading the short montage to her page, which boasts of more than XXX followers, Carol penned a caption to update her loyal legion of fans.
“Been trying much more yoga and Pilates and ‘learning the splits’ stretching this summer…..now I’ve put it into my own routine as pure slow yoga isn’t for me, even though it’s obviously very good,” she penned.

She then explained how the montage was “a few shots” of what she does every morning.
Carol dubbed her workout the “Happy Bird Who’s Not Giving In To A Number Routine” which referred to her age.
“And to anyone who says you shouldn’t do ‘this or that’ at a certain age…and is still living in the 20th or even 19th century….please bear this in mind when you’re attempting to troll any woman no matter what their age,” she added.

Carol went on to say: “I love my life. I’m alive and fit and happy…..but do you know the strongest bit of my body now?
“It’s my middle finger…..and I use that middle finger without apology….so a word from the wise.”
