Coronation Street star Robert Shaw Cameron has already won over the hearts of viewers – and new love interest Sean Tully – as a hunky dentist Laurence Reeves on the ITV soap, but eagle-eyed fans may remember the star from his previous television roles.
Actor Robert was recently welcomed onto the cobbles as one of the mourners at Mr Pugh’s funeral.
Sean (Antony Cotton) took a fancy to the handsome stranger but later became upset that he didn’t pursue a chance to date him when they met.

Glenda Shuttleworth (Jodie Prenger) then came up with a plan, suggesting Sean should pretend to be a patient at Laurence’s dental surgery.
George Shuttleworth’s sister then shocked Sean when she revealed she had arranged an appointment for him to see the dentist later that day.
But fans may remember the hunky star from his previous roles in the soap.
Robert actually appeared in Corrie back in 2011 as police officer Douglas.
He has also had roles in BBC medical drama Holby City, playing Dominic Wooten in 2002 and Heartbeat playing Joe Stanwyck in the same year.
His first television role was in the EastEnders spin-off Ricky and Bianca in 2002, before going on to appear in The Bill, The Wild Life, Where the Heart Is, The Basil Brush Show and was the voice of the Quizmaster for ITV’s 24 Hour Quiz.
Antony, who plays Sean, already teased Laurence’s appearance in the ITV soap as his new love interest.
At the end of last month, the soap star took to Instagram with a selfie of himself alongside Robert Shaw Cameron who had been welcomed into the cast at their summer party at The Ivy in Spinningfields.
Alongside the picture, Antony, 43, wrote: “This one may be a keeper… @itvcorrie @ITV #RobShawCameron #Shaw #Laurence.”
Fans instantly rushed to the comment section to share their joy over the subtle news, with one penning: “Oh please god, you deserve this ‘Shaun’.”
“Absolutely! You make a gorgeous couple,” gushed a second.
While a third commented: “Yes, at last.”
Hope so, Sean deserves some happiness,” added a fourth.
And the actor is set to embark on a romance storyline on Corrie with Sean as a new teaser video shows the pair enjoying a dinner in the Bistro, and discussing Sean and Frank’s disastrous relationship.
Laurence is keen to meet Sean’s family, especially Dylan, but Sean wants to make sure that he is the right man before that happens.
Sean’s new romance comes after the Underworld factory worker faced yet another setback in his love life after a string of dates with newbie, Frank Bardsley.
The pair met in the Rovers Return when Frank was waiting for his latest online date to arrive before he struck up a conversation with Sean.
Despite Frank already being on the dating scene, things soon took a turn as he found himself out on a date with Sean but it emerged that he already had links to the famous street.
After being introduced to George Shuttleworth, who is currently dating Eileen Grimshaw, it emerged that Frank had bullied George during their school days.
Despite Eileen insisting that people can change, Frank showed his true colours as he hit out at Sean’s son Dylan, who was injured in a football match.
He fumed at the youngster who became injured during the game, leading Frank to flip out over Dylan not fighting back – leaving Sean enraged and later ended their brief romance.
Coronation Street airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday on ITV at 8pm
