Coronation Street stars Tanisha Gorey and Adam Hussain looked all the rage as they posed with their other halves at the British Soap Awards.
The actors play twins Asha and Aadi Alahan in the ITV soap, but they looked rather different as they attended the glitzy soap awards bash on Saturday night (June 11).
The pair were nominated for the best family gong – alongside their on-screen dad Jimmi Harkishin, who plays Dev Alahan on the TV cobbles.
The award ended up going to rival soap Emmerdale – to the Dales’ Dingle clan that included a brilliant acceptance speech from the soap’s Sam star James Hooton.
But the young soap stars did have something to celebrate as they proudly watched their co-star and friend Millie Gibson take to the stage to pick up the award for best young performer.

Their former Corrie co-star Maximus Evens took home the gong for villain of the year for his portrayal of Corey Brent.
After the awards, Millie also shared the adorable moment her fellow Corrie stars looked on with pride as she hit the stage to collect her British Soap Award. Maximus, Tanisha and Adam had smiles on their faces as they looked towards the stage with the moment being caught on TV.
“Think I’ve found my favourite pic that my cousin took whilst watching…” Millie wrote on her Instagram Story. “The look of love @tanisha.gorey @adam_hussaine + Max.”

But Tanisha and Adam have had their own picture from the night to share. Adam, 20, posed next to his beautiful other half Katie O’Relia at the glitzy bash, which aired live on ITV and was hosted by Phillip Schofield.
The soap star looked dapper as he wore a shirt and tie under a navy blue suit while his girlfriend matched him in a stunning blue gown which featured a dipped hem.
“Soap Awards 2022,” Adam simply captioned the snap. Corrie’s Jack James Ryan, who plays Jacob Hay, was quick to respond to his co-star’s post, writing: “Couple goals,” with a flam emoji. While Katie herself told her beau: “Thank you for a lovely evening.”
And fans were also complimentary. @nicdell2001 said: “Nice pic you both look great.” @buttercupbethy wrote: “You look lovely both of you.” @jessxca226 added: “Beautiful, the both of you.”

Tanisha also made sure to get a couples snap from the special night. Posing in a black dress with a super-high side split in a photo on her Instagram page, she added another next to her boyfriend Lucas Whelan. ” Date for the night,” she captioned the snap before her fellow Corrie actors had their say.
“I can’t cope,” Sally Carman, who plays Abi Webster in the ITV soap, said. While Toyah Habeeb actress Georgia Taylor commented: “Knockout! (Even if you did copy my pose).” But Tanisha’s Corrie bestie Millie couldn’t help but joke: “@lucaswhelan_ hands off????”
But all the attention was on Tanisha and her show-stopping look for the awards doo. Lucas event told his girlfriend: “You are so SO stunning. Wow.” To which she replied: “You’re a little angel.”
