Coronation Street star Paula Lane looks totally different from her days as Kylie Platt in the ITV soap.
Sharing a fresh-faced snap to Instagram this week, the actress looked ultra glam while enjoying some time out at Manchester Christmas markets – as she joked she had to “remortgage her house”.
Paula, who left the cobbles in 2016, looked super cosy in a beige turtleneck jumper and a white woollen coat as she sipped at a snowman-themed mug of mulled wine.

The star let her brunette tresses sweep over one shoulder, showing off her honey blonde highlights as she opted for a natural make-up look.
Just a swipe of pink lipgloss and eyeliner was enough to enhance Paula’s stunning brown eyes, as she adorned her fingers with various silver rings and showed off a hot pink manicure.
She cheekily captioned her snap: “MCR. Had to remortgage my home for a Gluwein and a hog roast bap but hey ho!”
Her fans rushed to praise her in the comments section, with one branding her “naturally beautiful”.
Someone else giggled: “Some things are worth it!” as another agreed: “Hog roasts are the best!”
“Looking good Paula!” a fourth fan commented, while another social media user said: “Looking so beautiful, and nice coat!”
A sixth said: “Gorgeous!”
Paula played the rough and ready Kylie Platt for six years, before going on to land roles in everything from Call the Midwife to Father Brown.
She’s also starred in plenty of pantomimes and theatre productions along the way.

Paula is happily loved up with her co-star husband Tom Shaw, who appeared in Corrie as Kim Vaughan, one of Fiz Stape’s pals.
That isn’t Tom’s only soap role – he also appeared as Tim in Hollyoaks in 2014 and then as PC Craig Bishop in Emmerdale for eight episodes spanning 2014-2019.
They wed in a sweet ceremony at Leeds Cathedral back in May 2014 – and Paula was left devastated when her hubby continued receiving Corrie scripts after she’d been killed off.
She tweeted in 2018: “When @ITVCorrie scripts come through the letterbox then I realise they’re not for me! @SirTomShaw over to you!”
