Craig David, Bastille and Stereophonics announced for Kendal Calling 2022 line-up

Kendal Calling has announced its full list of headline acts with Bastille adding to the ranks, joining the likes of Stereophonics and Supergrass.

The Lake District festival will take place at the end of July kicking on on the 28th and finishing on the 31st, for a full weekend of musical fun.

Bastille are currently flying high off the back of their third number one album, which will thrill fans all over.

The alternative/indie group have replaced the previously announced group The Streets and will make their return to the stunning main stage in Lowther Deer Park this July.

The festival will be bringing a bunch of the most exciting names together for a wild weekend at the grounds.

The weekender will see party starters such as Craig David Presents TS5, Joel Corry, Sophie Ellis Bextor and Faithless.

Along with indie acts including The Wombats, The Kooks, Amy MacDonald, Pale Waves, Tom Grennan, The Vaccines and many more among them.

Calling all comedy fans, there’s also something to get excited about with Strictly Come Dancing winner Bill Bailey topping an animated bill of the best in British Comedy.

He will also be joined by the likes of Barrioke and Elvana who will dish up a host of hilarious singalong moments too.

This comes after Truck Festival 2022 has released its latest line-up – joining the likes of BRIT Awards 2022 nominee Sam Fender, The Kooks and Kasabian.

The star-studded festival will kick off on Hill Farm in Oxfordshire this July – between 22 and 24 July – and at the time of writing only 10% of tickets remain.

It comes as the festival is set to celebrate its hotly-anticipated 25th Anniversary this summer – boasting a range of “heavyweight acts” and “new and exciting upstarts” to wow its dedicated crowds.

The huge acts already announced for the weekend include Sam Fender, Kasabian, Blossoms, and Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball star Sigrid.
