Liberty Poole took a major stumble on Sunday’s Dancing On Ice (February 13) as her pro skater partner Joe Johnson attempted a tricky lift.
The duo skated to Right Round by Flo Ride and Kesha with a fun rollercoaster-themed routine.
But things took a painful turn when Joe attempted to lift Liberty in the air, with the duo crashing down to the rink.
They managed to finish off the routine by getting into a rollercoaster cart, with the judges scoring them 28 out of 40.
Liberty said: “That hasn’t happened before, but that’s the thing, it sometimes happens.”
She went on: “I’m proud of myself because I pushed myself this week.”
Host Phillip Schofield commended the reality star too, as he told her: “The most important thing is you got up and carried on.”
Judge Christopher Dean, who scored her a seven, as did the other panelists, said: “You definitely did more skating than you did last week, the speed over the ice was great.”
Viewers at home rushed to Liberty’s defence, with many wondering why she was given a low score.
One said: “Why is Liberty getting such a hard time off the judges yet Sally [Dynevor] can’t skate on her own and they get the party poppers out for her? P***ing me off.”
Another wrote: “I feel awful for Liberty and Joe. Their performance was going so well until the fall but at least they got up and finished.”
A third tweeted: “Liberty did so well with that performance! Got up and got on with it.”
Someone else said: “Liberty deserves better.”
As a fifth added: “Well done Liberty and Joe it was a good fun routine and I’m glad you’re okay after the little fall and it’s a seven from me you both look cool!”
Despite the fall, Liberty was not the lowest on the leaderboard, with Happy Mondays star Bez getting a 19.5 for his bee-keeper inspired routine.
