Downton Abbey's Joanne Froggatt shows off endless legs in sunny yellow two-piece

Downton Abbey star Joanne Froggatt has left fans stunned as she showed off her endless legs and incredible figure in a sunny yellow two-piece.

The Anna Bates actress, 41, wowed as she strutted in yellow blazer and matching shorts to join co-star Allen Leech in New York as they appeared on US programme The View.

Joanne opted for a bright white shirt underneath her blazer, which she tucked into her shorts while wearing her sleek blonde tresses down loose around her shoulders.

She added some dazzling white heels to complement her legs as she walked down the streets of New York. Her silver jewellery was simple but glowed in the sunlight.

The actress always impresses with her outfits, earlier this week as she attended the premier for the second Downton Abbey movie, A New Era. Wearing a matching sequin Michael Kors Collection two piece, consisting of a bralette and maxi skirt.

Her fantastic figure was on show at the premiere as you got a glimpse of her toned abs.

The ever-so-successful Downton Abbey ran for five years with a total of six seasons, and fans were excited when producers announced that the first film was coming out in 2019.

Downton Abbey: A New Era will continue from where the previous film left off, and people are very excited to see the Crawley family back on the big screen.

Joanne portrayed Anna Bates, who is Lady Mary Crawley’s maid, in the popular ITV series and has received three Emmy nominations for her performance, including Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.

The star has also won a Golden Globe Award back in 2014 for Best Supporting Actress.

It comes shortly after the tragic news that Joanne’s co-star Lesley Nicol’s husband David Heald died earlier this month.

Confirming the heartbreaking news, In a statement Lesley’s agent Paul Pearson told The Sun: “I would like to confirm the passing of Lesley’s beloved husband David Heald, known to all his wonderful friends as Da’arboth.

“Da’arboth was an amazing, unique and inspirational man who was always at Lesley’s side ‘her warrior’.”

They added: “We are all processing this unexpected turn of events and Lesley would like to thank everyone for their loving and kind messages of support.”
