Emmerdale fans have been left baffled over the true identity of Mackenzie Boyd’s mystery woman since he was spotted in bed with someone who definitely wasn’t Charity Dingle.
Mack later confessed his sins to Nate, who kept dropping hints to Charity that she might not be able to fully trust her partner after they lost their baby.
Charity suffered an ectopic pregnancy, leaving Mack devastated – and fans now think whoever he slept with will turn up pregnant, causing a further rift between him and Charity.

Chas Dingle

Chas Dingle might be busy engaged in an affair of her own with Al Chapman, leaving her husband Paddy in the dark, but fans think she might just be distraught enough by her mum’s illness to try it on with multiple men at once.
One clue has led them to think that Chas could have hooked up with Mack, as he received a message from a mystery number which read: “Need to see you.”
He was left panicked when they called his phone, yelling: “Why are you hassling me? No, we don’t need to talk about it. We need to forget about it, and when we see each other at the Woolly, we need to act like it never happened.”

It makes sense then that the mystery woman already had Mack’s number, and The Woolpack mention means it’s someone who regularly pops in.
It makes sense that Chas could be linked to Mack, given that she lives at the pub and may need to contact Mack about work.
Taking to Twitter, one eagle-eyed fan said: “Omg I’m thinking it was Chas now!”
Another echoed: “What if Mack really did sleep with Chas?” as a third viewer said: “Could be Chas who Mack slept with I s’pose.”
Belle Dingle

Belle has had plenty to say to Chas and Al after finding out about their affair – but she doesn’t have the greatest track record when it comes to monogamy, either.
Belle was involved with married doctor Jermaine Bailey in the past, as well as having an affair with Jamie Tate when he was still married to Andrea.
Taking to social media to share their theories, one user penned: “God knows who Mack has copped off with. Probably Chloe as we actually saw her face tonight. It better not be Belle after she’s just told Chas how awful cheating is!”
Another fumed: “How long are they going to scroll this out for with ‘who did Mack sleep with?’ We all know it’s Belle ffs.”
As a third fan echoed: “Mack’s cheating on Charity with Belle, 100 percent!”

Spotting clues is in the nature of an eagle-eyed soap fan, and plenty have been analysing the scripts in order to work out the truth.
This has led plenty of viewers to speculate that Chloe Harris is actually Mack’s mystery partner after her ordeal with Noah, with some pointing out that she hasn’t had a proper storyline since.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: “I think it’s Chloe in bed with Mack, mainly cos the character has been on a back burner since the Noah storyline.”
They then followed up with: “Plus she likes older men – she was very keen on Nate who kept her at arms length after a one night stand. Be funny if they turned her into Mack’s stalker!”
“I think Mack is bedding Chloe, that hand we saw looked like a ginger girl’s hand…” another put forward.
While a third penned: “I reckon it will be Chloe that Mack slept with and she will 100% get pregnant seeing as they’ve got the continuing storyline of conflict about having a baby between him and Charity!”

Other fans are certain another twist in the tale could be in store for viewers, and reckon it wasn’t a woman Mack slept with after all.
All we saw of the person was a hand as they knocked Mack’s phone away in bed – and now some are sure that it could herald a return for Aaron Dingle after Danny Miller confirmed he was heading back to the Dales for the 50th anniversary.
Taking to Facebook, one user theorised: “I think Mack slept with a man. Possibly Aaron. He never once said ‘she’, he said ‘they’. Just a thought.”
As another agreed: “I did notice he kept referring to the person as they… thought that was a bit odd.”
The pair have always had flirty chemistry back when Aaron was around, which some fans were keen to point out.
“Mack is bisexual though – when he first arrived at the village he was after Aaron!” one argued, while another echoed: “There was certainly some chemistry between Mack and Aaron.”
Threesome twist

Though some fans were convinced Mack was sleeping with Aaron, others were left baffled at the hand that appeared in bed with him, insisting it looked too feminine to be Aaron’s.
But others have suggested Mack was actually sharing his bed with two other people – one of them being Aaron, and the other a woman.
Various names have floated around, including the return of Charity’s daughter Debbie or Tracy Metcalfe after actress Amy Walsh left the soap on maternity leave.
One Facebook user said: “There must be three in that bed then because that looks like a woman’s hand!”
As another agreed: “#Emmerdale I’m still betting Mack had a threesome with Aaron and someone else. Explains the woman’s hand.”
Someone theorised: “I reckon it is Tracy, as it can’t be a coincidence that Mack was confiding in Nate and that is how Mack will get caught by Charity, Tracy will tell Nate and Nate will tell Charity as they are related.”
