Pablo Tarazaga-Orero, 28, is accused of assaulting a female member of staff at Harry Styles’ home in order to get inside the property.
He allegedly destroyed a vase as he forced his way into the house.
Tarazaga-Orero, who is from Spain, was previously barred from going within 250m of Harry when he was found guilty of stalking back in 2019.
He will now appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday (February 25) to face charges related to breaching his restraining order by “turning up at the victim’s house.”
Tarazaga-Orero is also charged with criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 for allegedly destroying the vase belonging to Harry, 28.
A further charge of assault by beating and using violence to secure entry to the Brit Award winner’s home will also be brought before the magistrate.
His 2019 conviction saw Tarazaga-Orero banned from coming within 250m of Harry or his home and business addresses.
The restraining order also banned him from attending any concert or event where the singer is due to appear, as well as restricting him from contacting Harry, either directly or indirectly, or posting about him on social media.
At the time Harry told the court he felt “scared” and “very uncomfortable” after Tarazaga-Orero had slept outside his house, as well as posting notes and money through his letterbox.
Tarazaga-Orero became known to Harry when the pop star offered him money for a hotel room or food as he was homeless.
He had been sleeping at a bus shelter near Harry’s home, however, his good intentions led to a three-month stalking campaign.
His disturbing behaviour peaked in May 2019 when Tarazaga-Orero tried to ‘grab’ Harry while he was running in Regent’s Park.
He was sentenced to a 12-month community order including 30 days of rehabilitation, and ordered to pay £335 in total including £250 costs after being found guilty of stalking at Hendon Magistrates Court.
