Hollyoaks star Steph Waring has teased a huge showdown for Cindy Cunningham as Scarlett Morgan returns to the village.
Luke Morgan is laid to rest next week but his funeral is disrupted by the arrival of his ex Scarlett.
It was confirmed earlier this year actress Susie Amy will be reprising the role after four years away from the Channel 4 soap.

As Cindy steps in to help Ollie get through the eulogy at Luke’s funeral, the moment is ruined by the unexpected returnee.
Scarlett’s presence is met with mixed response and she later drops a major revelation, which causes plenty of drama.
Keeping tight-lipped about Scarlett’s return, Cindy actress Steph told Daily Star: “Maybe there’s a showdown.
“It was lovely to work with Susie. I’ve never worked with her before.
“We had a really lovely time and she’s a great actress.”
The bombshell dropped by Susie remains to be been but Cindy is left in tears the following day as she starts to question if she can cope without Luke.
The family intervene, coming up with a promotion at the burger stand as a loving tribute to Luke.
Cindy will be say goodbye to Luke’s son Ollie Morgan in upcoming scenes as he leaves the village for his job in Canada.
Tony Hutchinson (Nick Pickard) and Imran Maalik (Ijaz Rana) pull together to give him a loving gift for his send-off.
Opening up about what she’d like next for her character, Steph added: “I would like to Cindy to build herself up again.
“I don’t think she needs a man. She needs some good friends and I want her to put her heels on, lipstick on and be the be the bad b***h she’s always been.”
Hollyoaks airs weekdays on Channel 4 at 6.30pm followed by first-look episodes on E4 at 7pm
