I'm A Celeb Seann Walsh's real name exposed after adding extra letter for unusual reason

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! star Seann Walsh has admitted the unusual reason why he spells his name with two n’s.

Back in April 2018, Seann tweeted out a letter from his father sent to his school teacher back in 2000 where they were arguing over a confiscated jumper.

The letter clearly showed his name spelled with one N, and when challenged by a follower Walsh was forced to admit that he hadn’t always been addressed as such.

He tweeted: “At 16, American Pie was my favourite film. Stifler was my favourite character played by Seann William Scott. The extra N was born.”

Walsh then admitted that he regretted the move but has been stuck with the extra N ever since.

Seann wanted to pay tribute to his fave franchise

Seann has recently entered the ITV jungle for the 2022 series of I’m A Celeb along with former health secretary Matt Hancock.

The pair were sent in as late arrivals after the premature departure of Love Island’s Olivia Attwood.

The 36-year-old entered on his own and found himself in a separate camp to his future co-stars.

Soon, Matt was seen walking over the bridge and Seann couldn’t contain his laughter after he realised who he had been paired with.

Matt and Seann were tasked with the roles of jungle moles and have been set a series of tasks to mess with their fellow campmates.

During their first episode, the duo successfully nicked hats and jackets to bring back to the mole camp and enjoyed a cup of tea and a bakewell tart each.

However, Matt will be facing the next BushTucker trial alone in an attempt to win stars for the camp and secure themselves a meal for the night.

In their first challenge, Matt and Seann only managed to get six out of 11 stars that were up for grabs and were teased by their co-stars.

Some campmates are not best pleased to see Matt in the jungle, including musician Boy George who shed a tear to the camera.

He spoke about his mother during the pandemic and Hancock’s stint on the show seems to have touched a nerve with the Karma Chameleon singer.
