Josie Gibson red-faced at Ben Shephard's racy '10 minutes' confession on This Morning

This Morning star Josie Gibson couldn’t stop blushing when Ben Shephard made a very cheeky-sounding confession on air.

ITV presenters Josie and Vernon Kay hosted the daytime chat show on Monday (April 11), where they spoke to Tipping Point host Ben.

Ben appeared live from the the Tipping Point studio ahead of the programme’s 10 year anniversary in July, but his segment took a racy turn when he burst out with a confession that left Josie in stitches.

Josie told him: “You’ve been going for 10 years in July, can you believe you’ve been doing it that long?”

Ben replied: “Josie, I barely last 10 minutes with most of the things I do.”

Shocked Josie started giggling immediately as she cried: “Oh, right!”, with Ben adding: “10 minutes is a good period of time.”

It would appear Josie understood Ben’s remark to be an X-rated confession relating to his endurance in the bedroom.

Ben then started talking about the show’s legacy, but Josie simply couldn’t compose herself and kept laughing throughout the interview.

In the background, Ben was saying: “So 10 years, I think it’s testament to how special the show has become for lots of people. Really woven into their everyday lives…”

She then apologised before Vernon admitted: “Well, that’s going to go viral!” as laughs could be heard from behind the scenes.

The camera then panned back to Ben, who simply flashed a cheeky grin to the camera and threw up his hands as if to claim innocence.

Vernon tried to move the show on before Ben quipped that his spanx story would also go viral – adding that he wouldn’t be able to share it on air.

It was then that Vernon started chuckling too before asking the Tipping Point host about viral moments from the show, such as the infamous doughnuts moment.

Vernon and Josie filled in for This Morning duo Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, who have taken a two-week break during the school holidays.

Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary fronted the show from last Monday (April 4), and they are also set to cover the extra bank holiday shows on Good Friday (April 15) and Easter Monday (April 18).

Josie and Vernon will present the show from Monday, April 11 to Thursday, April 14, before Phillip and Holly return to the helm on Tuesday, April 19.
