Karren Brady is one of the most high-profile and respected business leaders in the UK.

The businesswoman and TV personality has hosted her own show, but is best known for being Sir Alan Sugar’s righthand woman on BBC’s The Apprentice.

The 52-year-old has an incredibly distinguished career in the commercial side of football, and she became managing director of Birmingham City at just 23 and currently stands as the vice-chairman of West Ham United.

The TV personality is a regular columnist in The Sun newspaper and has published four books, two of which are novels.

Baroness Brady currently resides in the Belgravia area with husband Paul Peschisolido and the couple share two children, daughter Sophia and son Paolo.

Karren Brady is one of the most well-known Television personalities around, having hosted her own shows like Give It A Year.

Her most famous media appearance no doubt comes from BBC programme The Apprentice where she sits as Sir Alan Sugar’s righthand woman.

In 2007, the mum of two was a contestant on the BBC’s Comic Relief Does The Apprentice where she raised more than £750,000, and one year later, appeared as a guest interviewer in series four of the British reality show.

The businesswoman officially joined The Apprentice in 2010 after replacing Margaret Mountford and has been an aide to Lord Sugar ever since.

She has now become known for her tough love approach and brutal reactions towards the candidates, never shying away from calling them out on a poor performance.

Karren is often dubbed “The First Lady of Football” for her distinguished career in the commercial side of football, beginning at Birmingham City and then West Ham United.

In 1993, the Apprentice star convinced David Sullivan to purchase Birmingham city and let her run it – which he did, and she was just 23 years old when she became managing director of the club.

She helped turn the club’s fortunes around and after amassing huge success, she left in 2009 after 16 years.

By the time she departed, 75% of senior management at the club were women.

Currently, Karren serves as the vice-chairman of West Ham United and was an integral part of the club’s move to the Olympic Stadium – which was renamed the London Stadium.

The pair met in 1993 when Karen became managing director of Birmingham City – the club Paul played football for at the time.

The couple got married in 1995 and share daughter Sophia and son Paolo.

The famous couple have been happily married for 27 years and reside in the affluent London district of Belgravia.

They are also known to have properties in Knowle, West Midlands, and Canada – Paul’s native country.

In 2018, the 52-year-old bought a sprawling mansion in the exclusive Belgravia district in London.

While the businesswoman is slightly more private about her home, her daughter has shared several glimpses inside their £6.4million luxury abode.

During the pandemic, Sophia used the home as the location for her various photoshoots, offering her followers a peek inside.

The plush pad boasts four bedrooms, a cream coloured staircase and two reception rooms as well as a ground floor bar.

The living room features a huge marble fireplace alongside sophisticated cream and grey furniture which are kept in tone with bright white skirting boards and grey walls.

The dining area also features a striking marble table, with the blue chairs bringing a pop of colour in the elegant room.

Born in 1996, Sophia is the only daughter of Karren Brady and Paul Peschisolido.

The fashion influencer’s Instagram is full of glamorous bikini and lingerie snaps where she often showcases her toned physique.

The model boasts 380,000 followers and regularly updates them on her travels and adventures around the world.

In September 2019, the bombshell revealed she was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder.

In a candid post, she penned to her Instagram followers: “Over the past few years I’ve been struggling a lot with mental health issues, I’ve recently been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder which was tough for me.”

She continued: “I haven’t told anyone this because I was embarrassed and didn’t want people to judge me but I realised I don’t actually care what people think anymore.”

“I am who I am and I’ve come to accept it.”

The beauty concluded the lengthy post by saying: “People always make assumptions about me when they don’t even know me kinda sick of it but what can you do.”
