Kerry Katona has gone completely braless in a nearly nude and topless snap to show off the results of her latest boob job.
The former Atomic Kitten star, who now runs a successful OnlyFans account, went braless on Thursday (August 18) to reveal the results of her third breast reduction – and second this year.
Her operation comes after the star admitted her regrets for getting a free boob job last year, with Kerry recently saying it left her looking like “the honey monster”.

Showing off her new look, Kerry, 41, has now paraded her breasts after getting her old implants removed and getting a breast uplift.

The surgery she went to – Pall Mall Cosmetics – has shared a picture of Kerry’s smaller breasts.
Uploading a snap on their Instagram page, they wrote: “How amazing are Kerry’s implant removal and uplift results by our wonderful Mr Prasad!
“Kerry came to Pall Mall as she was suffering from pain and discomfort in her back due to her previous implants being too large for her figure.”

They went on to add: “Following her surgery at Pall Mall, Kerry is feeling better than ever and no longer suffers from back pain.”
It was only three months ago that Kerry shared the results of her second breast reduction.
Taking to her YouTube channel earlier this year, Kerry told fans that her “bad boys” help her rake in the cash on OnlyFans but are “far too big”.

At the time she said: “Every time I put a jumper on, I feel like, you know the Honey Monster on the Sugar Puff advert? That’s what I feel like!
“So I’m getting a reduction today and I’m very, very excited but I’m also really, really nervous.”
Kerry was a DD/E cup but had it reduced to a C, and has now had her breasts reduced even more.
