Love Island Gemma Owen's villa look costs £44k – diamond necklaces to designer shades

Love Island star Gemma Owen has sported some seriously stylish looks since entering the villa back in June.

The business owner and equestrian rider has left fans talking on social media however, after they pointed out that she was rarely seen without a designer necklace.

The cost of the high-fashion piece was later revealed – leaving us to question how much Gemma Owen’s Love Island look approximately costs in total.

Love Island fans recently pointed out on social media that Gemma Owen is rarely seen without an item of jewelry in the villa.

The islander can be seen wearing a gorgeous gold necklace that features what appears to look like a starfish design – with the price tag leaving fans of the popular dating programme stunned.

After some detective work, one fan posted on social media that the necklace was made by high fashion brand Tiffany & Co, saying: “We need to talk about Gemma Owen’s gorgeous necklace that she is never seen without.

“About a week into the series I noticed this necklace and thought that looks kinda familiar and also it’s kinda expensive. And I was right. The necklace is part of the Tiffany and Co. Graffiti X collection.”

Gemma Owen’s necklace can cost over £42,000

The gold choker style necklace is encrusted with diamonds, with resales of the necklace starting at a jaw-dropping £7,500 – and that’s without the diamond embellishments.

If you want the diamonds included, the necklace can retail anywhere between £15,000-£20,000, with some versions of the necklace retailing for an eye-watering £42,000.

Fans can also splash out on the matching sixteen stone ring from Tiffany & Co, but it will set you back a staggering £19,687, according to a current sale between the high fashion brand and EBay.

£1.8k sunglasses

Gemma Owen has worn a range of sunglasses in the villa

With the hot weather in Spain, it is no surprise that the islanders can usually be seen relaxing in the villa wearing a pair of sunglasses.

If you want to look like one of the islanders though, then it may not be as expensive as you think.

Love Island producers teamed up with designer brand Quay Australia for the current series, who have provided the sunglasses worn by the contestants on the programme this year.

A pair of Rayban style sunglasses worn by Gemma Owen in the villa retail at around £49 on their official site – meaning viewers can look stylish and protect their eyes for a relatively low cost.

However if you want to snap up a different pair of Gemma Owen’s sunglasses, the look may not come cheap.

Gemma has also been seen sporting ‘Epiluxury 4’ sunglasses from luxury brand Dita – which retail at an eye-watering £1,800 a pair – meaning you may have to pay out more if you want this specific look.

Outside of the villa, Gemma Owen is an accomplished equestrian star and business owner, founding the clothing brand OG Beachwear.

Gemma has regularly been seen in the villa wearing items from her swimwear collections, but her bikinis do not come cheap.

Variations of her tiny string bikinis start anywhere from £97.50-£105.00 for a set, while crochet pants to wear over the swimwear retail at a more affordable £40.

A swimsuit also costs a pretty penny, with the one-pieces ranging between £90-105.
