Prince Harry and Meghan Markle want to return to the UK for commercial reasons, a leading expert has claimed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved to California, United States, after stepping back from duties as senior members of the Royal Family.
They have only returned to the country together once as part of The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations where they attended the National Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral.

But the pair returned once again to the UK on September 5 for the One Young World Summit in Manchester and are set to undertake a series of other engagements including an event for the Invictus Games in Germany.
Royal expert Kinsey Schofield claimed to Daily Star that Meghan in particular is especially excited to return to the United Kingdom to be in the spotlight and highlight causes close to her.
The ToDiForDaily podcast host explained: “I do think that this trip is something that perhaps Meghan was excited about.”
She continued: “I think this is one of those cases where really Meghan is excited about going to the UK because this is her time to shine.”
The visit will also see the pair attend the WellChild Awards in London on September 8 where Harry is also set to deliver a speech.
The talkTV contributor also suggested that Prince Harry’s and Meghan’s return is also due to pressure and a need to “create content” for the likes of streaming services Spotify and Netflix, for which they signed big-money deals.
Kinsey explained: “Let’s not forget there are a lot of expectations from Spotify and Netflix, so they have got content that they have to create.”
She continued: “I do wonder if the motivation ultimately is to create content and to continue to elevate themselves.”
The Piers Morgan Uncensored commentator added: “They are visiting because they have to have that connection to the Royal Family to continue to monetize their brand.”
This will be around the same time Her Majesty, The Queen is set to appoint a new Prime Minister after Liz Truss won the Conservative Party leadership contest.
Daily Star has approached Meghan Markle’s representatives for comment.
