She’s amassed millions of adoring fans for her demure style and impressive acting abilities all over the isle – but Michelle Keegan has given a few hints about her private life in the past.

Over the years, Michelle has given stellar performances on Coronation Street, Our Girl and most recently in Sky’s TV show Brassic.

And it’s fair to say the Stockport beauty, who turns 35 today (June 3), left viewers hot under the collar after she took part in a slew of raunchy sex scenes throughout the comedy series.

But away from the cameras, Michelle Keegan is anything but the saucy minx she portrays on screen as she prefers to keep the details of her marriage with Mark Wright behind closed doors.

Yet, the starlet and her loving husband, 35, have let a few details slip about their intimate relationship over the years.

As she celebrates her 35th birthday in style, Daily Star has taken a look inside her raunchiest sex confessions.

Unusual nickname

Michelle has graced our screens for more than 15 years and throughout her vast acting career she has taken part in a slew of love scenes.

And while promoting her gripping military series Our Girl back in 2016, the star revealed the unusual nickname she has for her private parts during a hilarious interview on Alan Carr’s 12 Stars of Christmas.

Sat alongside X Factor judge Louis Walsh and Josh Widdicombe, she confessed she had a unique name for her nether regions while working on set.

Already red-faced, the actress confessed: “My mum’s going to kill me. When we were growing up, all my family called it shog.

“My grandmother is Spanish, so she always said ‘shasha’ and we’ve changed it … and as we’ve grown up it’s turned into shog.”

The star sat with her head in her hands after her embarrassing admissions before she quickly made every effort to move on from the awkward conversation.

And it’s fair to say we weren’t the only ones that were left confused by the ridiculous name for her intimate area, as Alan and his fellow guests sat in silence completely dumfounded by her comment.

Sex toys

One of the downsides to being a successful actor is the fact that the pair are forced to travel a lot for work meaning the pair consistently work on keeping the spark alive while being in a long-distanced relationship.

But luckily, his friend Keith Lemon was quick to help out the happy couple by improving their sex sessions with a hand-crafted adult toy.

During an unruly episode of Celebrity Juice back in 2018, Mark was gifted an iPad holder complete with a male sex toy attached to the back of it.

The comedian explained how the TV star would be able to insert his member into the device and pleasure himself while calling his wife.

Keith asked: “When she’s working you FaceTime a lot don’t you, that’s what I’ve heard her say, ‘Oh we FaceTime’,” which he confirmed before the host unveiled his intimate gift.

He went on: “Because we’re pals, what I’ve done is got you a gift because I’ve not seen you for a while, it’s for you and Michelle actually.

“So when you FaceTime I mean you can just feel a bit closer. Here it is … So you hold it like this yeah, and you FaceTime, but what’s great about it is, it has a m***e there.”

And it’s fair to say Mark was excited to try out the impromptu gift, saying: “I need that, ASAP. I want it. I actually want it.”

Sex tips

Last year, Michelle Keegan’s husband Mark Wright dished out his sex tips for how to enhance your time in the bedroom, noting a healthy sex life can improve your mental health.

In his lifestyle book, Get Fit, Get Healthy: The Ultimate Guide to Bing in the Best Shape of Your Life, the former TOWIE star rarely opened up about his own sex life.

Although he admitted it’s “an embarrassing conversation to have” he shared some of his best tips and tricks for having a wild time in the bedroom.

He told The Sun: “I think having a healthy sex life is proven to help the mind and relieve stress. It all goes hand in hand.

“I can’t say you can’t have a good sex life if you don’t feel good in your body, but you’ll definitely have a better sex life if you do.

“If you’re feeling fit and you’ve got stamina, that helps your sex life. If you’re feeling toned and healthy, that will improve your sex life.”

Kinky games

Although Michelle is keen to keep quiet about their relationship, her husband is a little more care free about sharing intimate details of their sex life in the bedroom.

And it’s clear to see the former reality star looked rather sheepish when he was grilled about whether he and his loving wife take part in kinky sex games behind closed doors.

Back in 2020, the TV presenter was quizzed by four fellow celebs also taking part in the second series of I’ll Get This on BBC Two where they played games between each meal to determine who would pay the entire bill at the end of the evening.

In one game, Jonathan Ross and three other guests were trying to decide if Mark had ever been in handcuffs in order to win the round.

Jonathan told the doting husband: “You’re a tough one to get. Because everyone would think, ‘lairy … probably been in trouble’ but I’m pretty sure you’ve never been in trouble with the law.

“Not that sort of trouble,” Jonathan added as comedian Rachel Parris asked: “But is he kinky?”

Jonathan continued: “I think you’re more the handcuffing type than the handcuffed type. But then, having said that, let’s think about it…”

Sports presenter Gabby Logan teased: “Does he ever want to feel emasculated?” to which Jonathan joked: “I don’t think he’s that deep.”

He added: “I suspect, weekend away with the boys … stag night … I’m gonna say yes.”

It was at this point that Jonathan Ross was proved right as Mark squirmed before he ultimately revealed “yes” on a paper card.
