The Diamonds singer had previously turned down the opportunity to perform at the Super Bowl back in 2019.
The singer declined the invitation because of the way San Francisco 49er Colin Kaepernick had been treated.
The athlete had refused to stand for the US national anthem at the start of games as a way of protesting against police brutality and racial inequality.

Rihanna explained her decision at the time to Vogue and said: “I couldn’t dare do that. For what? Who gains from that? Not my people.
“I just couldn’t be a sellout. I couldn’t be an enabler. There’s things within that organization that I do not agree with at all, and I was not about to go and be of service to them in any way.”
The quarterback then sued the NFL as a result of the mistreatment in November 2017 and accused team owners of collusion for not hiring him.
However, the lawsuit was withdrawn two years later after the player and the NFL reached a confidential settlement – though he still remains unsigned.
