This Morning fans were stunned to see that EastEnders actress Maisie Smith’s mum had taken on a modelling job for the ITV show.
During Lisa Snowdon’s fashion segment on Thursday (August 25), the TV star showed keen viewers how to style trousers as Rylan Clark and Ruth Langsford watched from the side.
Maisie’s mother Julia was one of the models that strutted down the catwalk and wore a striped shirt with tapered leg trousers and a small handbag.

Ruth and Rylan looked on admiringly as Lisa said that Julia had admitted she would “never wear a pant like this”.
Julie said: “I don’t like my legs. I feel like [the trousers] are doing the right thing,” as she pointed towards her outfit.
However, viewers were already distracted by the model’s identity as they recognised the established talent manager and took to Twitter to note her appearance.
Julia manages her daughter as well as many other famous faces in the industry, having even been spotted filming for EastEnders after she appeared as an extra in some of the episodes that were filmed in Southend earlier this year, when the focus was on Jean’s bipolar disorder.
The star has a close bond with daughter Maisie and they love to film TikTok videos together.
Maisie has recently been linked to The Wanted star Max George and the pair were recently spotted getting cosy together in central London.
Reports have also heard that the two were “snogging on a plane” in recent weeks after a holiday.
The duo went to Crete and onlookers have reported that they appeared “besotted” with each other and completely “inseparable”.
One said: “He was resting his leg on her chair and she kept giggling at his jokes and touching him. They even shared a couple of really passionate snogs. They were like a couple of love struck kids.”
They were seen holding hands amid rumours that they have already moved in together after she was spotted leaving his London flat.
The EastEnders actress has recently been signed up to Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins and will be joined by Pete Wicks, Amber Gill and Ferne McCann.
This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10am
