Tipping Point fans were stunned when Mr Motivator appeared on their screens and proved he hasn’t aged a day.
Ben Shephard welcomed celebrity contestants Mr Motivator, Josie Gibson and Len Goodman onto the hit ITV game show who attempted to win money for their chosen charities during the Christmas Special.
But attention quickly turned to the iconic fitness instructor – who rose to fame in the early 90s’ after appearing on breakfast TV show GMTV where he performed live fitness sessions and offered tips and advice to viewers.

Fans couldn’t believe how incredible the now 70-year-old looked, with many taking to social media to point out that he hasn’t aged in three decades.
One viewer penned: “Incredible to think Mr Motivator is 70 years old. Looking good! Must be all that motivation… #TippingPoint.”
“Wow, Mr Motivator hasn’t changed since the early 80s when I was at high school! Nearly 54 now! #tippingpoint,” added another user.
Echoing these thoughts, a third took to their keyboard and exclaimed: “Mr Motivator never bloody ages does he #tippingpoint.”
The Jamaican-born icon started the show in hilarious fashion as he introduced himself whilst doing squats.
He exclaimed: “I’m going to give this show the greatest Christmas present ever – a new world record on Tipping Point for squatting! What’s the record, Ben?”
The presenter confessed he’d already broken the record as he noted that no contestant has ever squatted on the show before.
The icon then beat the This Morning star and former Strictly Come Dancing judge and was given the chance to win £20,000 for his chosen charity.
On his very last counter, Mr Motivator managed to push the jackpot counter over the edge to win the whopping amount of cash.
He revealed the money was going to The Mr Motivator’s charitable trust which supports smaller charities that look after the homeless across the UK.
