TOWIE's Frankie Essex gets six-month-old daughter's ears pierced with diamond earrings

Joey Essex’s sister and The Only Way Is Essex beauty Frankie took her six-month-old baby daughter to get her ears pierced, but admitted that she “cried” while getting them done – but was fine after she had her dummy back.

Frankie welcomed her non-identical twins daughter Luella and son Logan in June this year (2022) with her partner Luke Luv.

And now the blonde bombshell who shot to fame in 2011 on the ITVBe reality series has said that she knows she could get critiqued for getting her daughter’s ears pierced, but firmly stands by her decision to do so.

Writing in her OK! Magazine column, Frankie has opened up about taking Luella to get her ears pierced, explaining how the real diamonds in her ears “look lovely”.

In her column, Frankie recalled how the ear piecing experience went: “Luella cried, but then I put a dummy in her mouth and she was laughing. She was absolutely fine, and then she forgot about it.

“She looks so lovely and Luke [her dad] thinks she looks really different. She has real diamonds in and she’s only six months old! She’s definitely my child.

Frankie shared a snap of Luella on her Instagram stories

“I don’t know if I’m going to get stick for getting them done because a lot of people have opinions about that.

“But if she didn’t get them done now, she would probably have to wait until she was a teenager, just getting it done now means it’s done, plus if she doesn’t like them when she’s older, she can take them out.”

When Logan and Luella were welcomed into the world in June, Frankie took to Instagram to share the joyous news.

She penned: “Double The Love. Our baby bears have arrived,” alongside a snap of beau Luke holding the two car seats.

Frankie’s brother’s ex-girlfriend Sam Faiers penned below the snap: “Awwww huge congratulations Frankie.”

While fellow former TOWIE star Harry Derbidge said: “Best news ever. Can’t wait to meet them xx.”
