Whigfield, 52, admits she maintains ageless image with 'boob job and Botox'

Nineties icon Whigfield admitted she’s gone under the knife more than once in a bid to stay looking youthful.

The Saturday Night songstress, 52, admitted to having a breast enlargement as well as a nose job, as she opened up on her use of Botox and hatred of fillers.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, the star explained that her secret to staying young is that she “has a good plastic surgeon.”

Whigfield, real name Sannie Charlotte Carlson, said: “Literally, I work out a lot. I stopped drinking alcohol a few years back, I eat really healthy. I do Botox basically twice a year, because I get this horrible wrinkle in the middle of my forehead.

“But I truly try to live as green as I can.”

Dishing the dirt on her fitness routine, the singer went on: “Because I get bored really easily with whatever I do, I might do pilates one day – just following a course on YouTube – then another day I might go running, and another day I’ll do weights and then go walking the next day.

“I try to mix it up as much as I can and if I don’t feel like working out one day, I’m not going to do it. It has to be fun, you know? Mix it up a little bit because otherwise if you always do the same exercises you’re not getting anywhere.”

Her plastic surgery journey began at the age of 39, when Whigfield opted for a boob job.

She explained: “Because in the 90s I didn’t have any boobies, one day I was 39 and I went out of the shower and I saw my breasts, and they were just these small hanging things.

“And I thought, ‘No we’re going to do something about that.’ So I had my breasts done, then I broke my nose so I had that done.”

But her rhinoplasty didn’t go quite as planned, with the starlet confessing: “It definitely didn’t come out right but I’m just going to leave it the way it is. I don’t want to touch anything about it.

“I don’t do fillers either, because I think they are absolutely crap for you.”

Whigfield is performing at Reminisce Festival in St Helens, Merseyside on Saturday, September 10 2022
