A Place in the Sun presenter Jonnie Irwin was left stunned after he made a couple burst into tears while viewing their potential dream property.
In the episode, repeated on Channel 4 this evening (April 21), the 49-year-old property expert was enlisted to help hopeful buyers Steve and Janice find their perfect holiday home.
The couple wanted a three-bedroom villa with a private pool in the Spanish town of Chiclana de la Frontera on the Costa de la Luz on a budget of £160,000.

Jonnie showed the pair around five potential homes that their whole family would be able to enjoy — with one contender standing out from the rest.
The pair were seen getting a bit “emotional” as they wandered around the fourth property — with Janice declaring she was completely “speechless” as they saw the grand sweeping drive and garden.
“Wow, this is gorgeous, looks a bit grand. Oh, my gosh,” she added.
“This is the business,” Jonnie commented.
Janice then explained to the host that she thought the setting was “luxurious” and that she didn’t “think we could afford something like this”.
The pair then had a look around the property on their own before returning to the poolside to tell Jonnie what they thought.
As they walked around the villa, Janice welled up and said: “I feel a bit emotional, it’s really ticking all the boxes.”
Jonnie was shocked when he realised he had caused both buyers to break down in tears with one of his finds.
Tearful Janice revealed: “I’m speechless, this is what we want.”
As Janice wiped tears away from her face, Steve said: “You’ve got me going now.”

Jonnie was stunned to see he’d brought them both to tears and teased the pair saying: “Don’t you start. Look at you.”
“No,” Steve light-heartedly hit back. “Leave me alone.”
“Did you think I would bring you to tears?” Jonnie asked.
“I feel like we’ve won the lottery,” Janice replied.
At the end of the program, the couple put an offer in on the property and bagged it for just £143,500.
