American Pie star Shannon Elizabeth has changed a lot since her days in the iconic 1999 flick.
Known best as sex symbol Nadia, Shannon had fans obsessed with her in the coming-of-age comedy, starring alongside Alyson Hannigan, Jason Biggs and Jennifer Coolidge.
She then went on to find fame in That ’70s Show and even competed on Dancing With the Stars in 2008.

Nowadays, Shannon is looking completely unrecognisable. Aged 49, the star still sports her shoulder-length brunette curls, but a lot has changed about her dress sense.
In one snap, she was spotted in a burgundy long-sleeved top with a pearl necklace dripping down her front, with her hair arranged into perfect ringlets around her face.

Showing off her ageless beauty, Shannon swiped on some dark liner on her eyelids and added pink gloss to her lips while beaming for the camera with all her pearly whites on display.
The Maxim magazine covergirl married fellow actor Joseph D. Reiman in 2002, but the pair sadly divorced three years later. But in 2015, Shannon found her happily ever after with Simon Borchert – who she met at an animal rights event.
Shannon made a major change to her life after starring in American Pie and embraced a vegan and gluten-free diet.

She’s so passionate about animals that she founded the Animal Avengers non-profit with her ex-hubby, helping to find homes for homeless pets and preventing animal cruelty.
She’s also a vocal advocate for the Adopt a Turkey programme, which encourages US residents to take care of the birds rather than eat them at Thanksgiving; her work raising awareness of rhino poaching has also left fans rushing to support her.

She explained on her blog: “I went vegetarian probably 20 years ago now. Even before that I had cut red meat out for many years. it was a process. Now I am full vegan and gluten-free. I was actually gluten-free before it was ‘cool’.”
But Shannon isn’t just an actress – she’s also a professional poker player. Back in 2006, the star was named “one of the leading celebrity poker players”, and her earnings to date are around $245,000.
