She rarely goes a week without updating her loyal legion of fans with another scorching snap on our Instagram feeds.
And Sunday’s post (March 5) certainly didn’t disappoint as Carol Vorderman decided to melt the internet as she showed off her latest sweaty workout.
The 62-year-old’s photos regularly command the attention of her 313,000 followers, but her latest carousel of snaps certainly struck a chord with fans.

Taking to Instagram, the blonde bombshell poured her killer curves into a skintight cream top which struggled to contain her ample assets.

She teamed her figure-hugging shirt with a pair of black leggings and added a set of light blue trainers as she put her muscles to the test in a gruelling workout.
For her heart-racing session, the former Countdown star opted for a full face of minimal makeup which included lashings of black mascara and a swipe of pink lipstick.
Carol could be seen walking through a park with a heavy dumbbell in one hand before she took things to the gym where she doubled the weight on the bench.

She wrote: “FIRST GYM SESH WITH @meldeane12. I haven’t done a proper gym sesh for a few months. No excuses. Being busy isn’t a good enough excuse, stupid woman [red devil emoji].
“Anyway had a nice little refresher with Mel this morning. Loved it. Poor bugger is going to be stuck with me now [cry-laughing emoji]. Happy Sunday everyone [kissing emoji].”
It didn’t take long before the TV presenter was flooded with compliments from her adoring followers immediately after posting.
