Carol Vorderman joked she could have ‘frightened children’ if they’d seen her without any make-up on Friday morning (January 6).
The former Countdown star, 62, gave fans a peek into her early morning commute before she presented ITV’s This Morning.
Glamorous Carol snapped a cheeky video from the comfort of her taxi cab as she cruised through the dark streets of London.

The ageless TV host was yet to be dolled up for the cameras so she was seen sporting a radiant fresh face.
But she teased she risked frightening youngsters outside the studio as she didn’t have any make-up on.

Carol said: “On my way to work, and I’ll see you on This Morning when I’ve got some make-up on.”
She started giggling as she added: “And I won’t frighten the children, hopefully.”
Carol has been presenting on This Morning for months and hosted Loose Women from 2011 until 2014.
But this week she made a special appearance on Amanda Holden’s Heart FM Breakfast Show.

Amanda shared a cheeky selfie which saw her ‘grabbing’ Carol’s breast in the Heart studio, joking she was “Holden onto @carolvorders”
During the show, Carol revealed her New Year’s resolution is to fly a plane with fellow pilot Tom Cruise.
She said: “Well I have one and only one this year. I achieved everything and more that I wanted to do last year, and then this year, I am targeting, in a nice way, flying with Tom Cruise”

Jamie cheekily asked: “Wow is that a euphemism for something?”
Carol replied: “No it’s flying with Tom Cruise, piloting, because I fly. I went to the Leicester Square premiere of Top ‘SUM’, see what I did there…Top Gun and I thought no, that is what I would absolutely love to do, is fly with Tom Cruise”
Amanda joked they could have a fling as she quipped: “They could join the mile high club maybe…”
