Speaking exclusively to Daily Star at the Mummy’s Star Ball, the soap star confessed that the pair were regularly pushed to the limits in order to go under the radar.

When asked what fans can expect to see from the new series, she told us: “We were weeing in bushes, they’ll probably air that straight away. Danielle got attacked by several animals which was hilarious – I really hope they show that.

“There was a lot stuff going on, at one point I was wearing a random woman’s knickers because I’d lost all my clothes. Yeah, that happened.

Kimberly confessed: “I can’t say too, too much because it’s still to come out next year but it was nothing like I thought it would be and everything that I wanted.

“It’s real I can’t stress that enough because obviously you think, ‘It’s just a TV show, perhaps they’ll be some instruction’ – there’s none. You are running for your life. You’re literally running.”

One of the biggest complications the girls faced was their nationwide fame from their time on soap operas, with Danielle’s heartbreaking cancer storyline airing during their reality show stint.

The 36-year-old explained: ” Danielle’s storyline at the time was airing where her character was passing away of cancer so she was so in the media at the time that it was nigh-on impossible to go unnoticed even when we were wigging up.

“We’d got wigs and everything but it didn’t matter, her voice gives it away a bit. It’s strange isn’t it? You go to the north and one’s more known and you go to the south and the other’s more known so there’s no in-between.”

Kimberly went on to reveal their game plan during the show which helped them to keep a level head while evading capture.

She added: “Me and Danielle had different roles she was the fun party all the time and I had to take on the role of saying like, ‘No babes, we’ve got nowhere to stay. Less party and more business.’

“So we had a very strong system going on which works because we compliment him so well.

“When I needed to lighten up she really helped that and when she needed to crack down I was there to crack the whip. And we’re friends already so it worked perfectly.”
