Coronation Street viewers reckon Dee-Dee could be in trouble, as things take a romantic turn with new arrival Joel Deering.
The fan-favourite character, played by Channique Sterling-Brown, seemed to become smitten with Weatherfield’s new duty solicitor, played by actor Calum Lill.
During Monday’s episode (September 11) the pair met in the office before Joel invited Dee-Dee out for a drink, in a bid to quiz her about US law.

While at the Rovers, Dee-Dee gets her books out not thinking it was a date causing Joel to look a little disappointed.
However, viewers watching the show at home have predicted things could take a dark and sinister turn for Dee-Dee.
Rushing over to X, formerly known as Twitter, one viewer mused: “That new guy is definitely dodgy.”
A second said: “We heading for another rape storyline, he’s a dodgy looking f***er with the lawyer.”
Third quipped: “Please don’t let this fella be dodgy I want Dee-Dee to be happy!”
Someone else penned: “Who is that creepy guy who’s making eyes at Dee-Dee he’s so over the top, he’s downright scary.”
Actor Calum recently made his Corrie debut but it’s not his first soap role as he previously appeared on rival show Hollyoaks.
Calum played PC Carlton Smith, a friend of George Kiss, on the Channel 4 soap from March until July 2021, and also appeared in Doctors and Holby City.
Speaking about his time on Corrie, a source told The Sun: “Calum’s been filming for a few weeks and his character couldn’t be more different from PC Smith on Hollyoaks.
