Coronation Street star Todd Boyce has become the latest famous face tipped to join the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! line-up.
The Stephen Reid actor was killed off the ITV soap this week after the serial killer was mowed down by Peter Barlow (Chris Gasgoyne) after his reign of terror in Weatherfield came to a grisly end.
Following his exit from the ITV soap, it has been rumoured that the soap villain could appear on a reality show in the near future in a bid to “show us more of himself”.

Brand and culture expert Rochelle White from Rochelle White Agency told Daily Star: “I feel that doors have opened and new opportunities have presented themselves to Todd Boyce. I feel that he will appear in other shows in the UK and could potentially pop up on shows like I’m A Celebrity or even Dancing on Ice in 2025.
“He has captured the nation with his character on the show, but I think that he will want to show us more of himself on reality shows, but also explore different acting roles. I feel he’s only getting started and we’ll see him across our screens.”
Several Corrie stars have appeared on the gruelling ITV reality show including soap legends Beverely Callard, Sue Cleaver, Helen Flanagan and Simon Gregson but fans will have to wait and see if Todd will be flying out to Australia to take part in the next series, although the line-up is not due to be revealed until later this year.
Corrie fans watched serial killer Stephen get mowed down by Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne) in dramatic scenes which aired on Friday (October 13) night. Peter stumbled out of the car, immediately regretting his actions just as the police arrived at the scene.
While the residents discussed the traumatic event, viewers watched Stephen’s corpse being zipped up inside a body bag and being taken away by the ambulance crew.
Todd previously revealed his performance as serial killer Stephen was inspired by James Bond. The actor has always wanted the character to be just like the late Sir Roger Moore during his stint as 007. He told the Daily Star: “James Bond is my inspiration. It’s Roger Moore, who doesn’t really want to mess up his dinner jacket or get his hair messed up.
“Sometimes he has to get into a bit of a scrap, but he wants to get back to his Martini. He’s not really a trained fighter or a killer. It’s all a bit of an inconvenience. t’s just a shame it all went pear-shaped. That’s kind of the type of guy he probably is. He’s an unlikely serial killer.” Todd has become one of the most talked-about villains in Corrie history in recent months.
Coronation Street continues Monday, October 16 on ITV1 and ITVX at 8pm
