Dani and her West Ham footballer boyfriend welcomed twin daughters Star and Summer last month as they shared adorable pictures on social media.
The pair, both 26, looked like they were soaking up the sun as they were seen sat outside in the pub garden with their two little girls.

Dani is also mother to son Santiago, who is now two, from a previous relationship.
