90s star of Getting Fit with Denise Austin has left fans stunned as she proved that “age is just a number” and paraded her toned figure in the same Barbiecore pink swimsuit from 30 years ago.
Denise, now 66, looked incredible as she showed off her chiseled abs and strong legs for the snap.
The fitness pro posted the two pictures of her exercising on the beach side-by-side and captioned them: “#FlashbackFriday!!! Then and Now!!!!!”

In the original snap, Denise can be seen on the beach in the pink swimming costume and white trainers with matching white socks.

She is kicking her leg out behind her as it is a scene taken straight from one of her exercise videos.
Densis donned the exact same swimsuit in the current-day photo as well as the same exercise move but avoided the 90s hairstyle and opted for loose, beachy waves instead of the updo she wore 30 years ago.
In the caption, the star added: “They not only bring back wonderful memories but they’re a good reminder that when it comes to life….age is just a number!!!”
