Dr Phil fans will remember one of the show’s most controversial guests ever, who legally changed his name to Sexy Vegan and had the moniker tattooed on his face.
But despite his apparent love of animals, the guest was later arrested on grisly bestiality charges after posting a disgusting video with his pet pitbull.
Sexy Vegan was born Hansel Marion DeBartolo III and appeared on Dr Phil back in 2017, starring on the talk show with the words inked on his forehead, with huge blue eyebrows tattooed onto his face along with a star and teardrops.

Vegan regularly wore Speedos while out in public and shot to fame on an episode named My Brother Changed His Name to Sexy Vegan, Wears Speedos in Public and is Spending My Mom’s $11million Inheritance.
Vegan claimed his mum should support him with his dad’s inheritance because he was too beautiful to get a job, appearing on the show with his own theme song.
He had a penchant for dancing at inappropriate times while rocking skimpy clothing and carried a full-length mirror around to look at himself.
But after an expletive-laden rant on the show, Vegan was kicked off.
He reappeared in March 2018 to offer an apology to host Dr Phil.
As for the name ‘Sexy Vegan’, he claims that he’s a “friend to insects”, with his IMDb profile claiming: “He always provides ventilation as to not trap insects & keeps the cap off drinks and other items as to not trap insects.
“He puts toothpaste on bottle caps and sticks them to drawers and freezer/fridge so that insects have a way to come and go without losing their freedom as well as colder water as well as always leaving zipper and other doors/compartments open a little as not to trap insects.”
Vegan went as far as refusing to use soap because it “paralyses insects and is toxic to skin”.
Yet a year later in September 2019, Vegan was arrested after detectives found a video of him “performing an act of bestiality” on his pet pitbull.
Two dogs were removed from Vegan’s home in Newhall, California, by the Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control.

He was also on probation for an unrelated offence at the time.
Vegan was held in police custody on a bail of $35,000, facing up to a year behind bars.
He told arresting officers his job was “2020 presidential candidate”, though no record was found of him registering with the Federal Election Committee.
In 2020, Vegan eventually pleaded no contest to allegations of filming a video which showed his dog “licking the defendant’s rear end”.
He was sentenced to two years of probation, 100 hours of community service and 52 weeks on a sex offender programme.
