EastEnders Christmas murder weapon ‘sealed’ as male victim’s identity ‘confirmed’

EastEnders fans believe they know who will be murdered at Christmas and what weapon will be used to kill them.

To mark the soap’s 38th anniversary in February 2023, an episode ended with a flash-forward to Christmas 2023, where six of Walford’s matriarchs stood around a dead body in the Queen Vic.

The flashforward scene showed Denise, Sharon, Linda, Kathy, Suki and Stacey, now nicknamed, The Six, looking on in horror as they gather around the lifeless body of an unidentified man, with one of them tipped to be the killer.

During Thursday’s episode, the fallout of Elaine’s return continued while Linda attempted to salvage her friendship with Sharon.

Later that evening, Elaine and Linda were rattled when they heard loud noises coming from the bar in The Vic.

As they headed downstairs, the two found the room being trashed by mystery intruders who left a glass flamingo Nish previously gifted Linda on the bar.

Following the episode, fans headed to social media and shared their theories about Nish being the victim and the flamingo being the weapon that kills him.

One viewer shared: “Def nish they kill at christmas .. with the bloody flamingo !!” as another fan speculated: “I reckon Linda’s pink flamingo ornament is going to become a lethal weapon at Xmas.”

A third person added: “A possible murder weapon in pink spotted. Elaine got under his skin real good. I like and don’t like her at the same time. Like her bravery and determination, but she knows things too much and too well. It’s kinda scary. Btw, Nish deserves a flamingo smack.”

“That Flamingo is gonna be the murder weapon ain’t it?” asked a fourth.

Echoing this, someone else penned: “I swear that flamingo gift from Nish is going to end up being the murder weapon at Christmas.”
