Emmerdale villain Craig Reed (Ben Addis) future is looking bleak as the Dingle family vow to get justice for Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick).
Fans of the ITV soap watched Lydia get raped by Craig last month and the fan favourite will open up to her family about her horrific ordeal in upcoming scenes.
Next week, Sam’s left gutted when Lydia turns down his offer of spending the day together and he’s left unsure of how to handle things. As Lydia is insistent on cleaning the house, Sam’s feeling lost and helpless, scared to touch his traumatised wife.

Lydia’s immediately on edge when a police officer arrives to update her. Sam’s angry and Lydia struggles to hide her disappointment when the officer tells them Craig has been released pending further investigation.
Later, Sam, who’s a shadow of himself, sits alone. When Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) passes, Sam’s desperate to unburden and invites her home. At home, despondent Lydia looks through the crisis leaflets.
Nervous Sam arrives with a concerned Rhona. Supportive Rhona sits with her as tentative Lydia unburdens. Tormented Sam listens in, furious that Craig may go unpunished. Later that week, Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) supports struggling Sam and with Cain in his ear, Sam’s left wondering whether he can bring Craig to justice?
Elswhere, Amit Sharma (Anil Goutam) is secretly pleased when Suni Sharma (Brahmdeo Shannon Ramana) asks him to stay in the country but Suni’s incredulous with Amit’s attempts to emotionally blackmail him and Suni’s conflicted when a comforting Nicky Milligan (Lewis Cope) asks what’s wrong.
Nicky’s agog as Suni offloads is left later left gobsmacked when listens to Amit’s secret. Later, Jai Sharma’s (Chris Bisson) wary of Amit as he recalls old tales. Suni’s prickling with unease as Amit tries to play happy families with them all.

The following day, Suni’s worried to know Caleb Milligan (William Ash) and Amit are due to have dinner. Whilst Nicky’s nervous as he and Caleb head up to Holdgate. Caleb and Amit size each other up as they meet for dinner as Nicky and Suni exchange looks, hoping certain things won’t come out.
Caleb, Suni, Amit and Nicky eat together and as they discuss their respective sons, there’s some bristling between Amit and Caleb. Nicky’s taken aback when Amit questions his relationship with Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) and the atmosphere turns icy as Caleb and Nicky make a hasty exit. Suni is less than pleased with his father and Caleb’s left intrigued when Nicky hints at Amit having skeletons in his closet.
