Emmerdale fans have “worked out” who tried to murder Caleb Milligan after spotting an “obvious clue”.
During Thursday’s instalment (June 14) of the ITV soap, Caleb somehow managed to make more enemies with several residents in the village.
At the end of the episode, Caleb headed out to woodland ridge and let out a huge scream as he stood at the top.

But before he could think twice, an unknown figure pushed him over the egde and his lifeless body sprawled on the ground below.
Following the episode, fans headed to social media to speculate who the culprit could be, with many believing they had cracked the case after spotting an “obvious” clue.
One fan shared: “It’s obvious the one who’s going to push Caleb is Nicky, conveniently the one who is missing”.
“Given they showed us Cain, Moira, Mac & Will squaring off with him, odds are none of them did it. My money is on Gabby or Nicky,” added a second.
A third theorised: “They’re trying to lead viewers astray here! Classic Emmerdale fashion. My guess would be that it’s likely to be either Nicky, Ally or Caleb’s wife who pushed him!! Nobody else. I’d put money on it!!”
When asked who they think pushed Caleb, someone replied: “None of them. I think that Nicky did it.”
While another viewer echoed: “#Emmerdale my money is on Nicky pushing Caleb over. Not Cains style to do that & Mackenzie locks folk in his boot of his car.”
The list of suspects mounted up during the episode, with Caleb having confrontations with several characters.
At the beginning of the episode, Caleb was pinned up against a wall by Cain before he riled up Mackenzie about sleeping with Charity.
He then proceeded to bring up Leyla’s drug addiction and how it almost led to Jacob’s death, before getting into an argument with Will about trying to take down Kim.
But as Caleb’s bloodied body laid on the ground, who pushed him remains unclear.
