The actor, 33, shot to fame playing Alex Moss in the long-running ITV soap – making debut way back in 2011.

Alex was initially kidnapped and kept in a van, before managing to escape – but with Cameron hot on his heels, it wasn’t long before poor he was beaten to death and buried on the grounds of Home Farm – with his body being discovered in July 2013.

Since then, Kurtis has toured the country with pantomimes and theatre productions and even appeared on Mastermind.

But it’s his body transformation that has left fans floored as Kurtis is now totally ripped and sporting a bulkier and wider physique.

The ex-Emmerdale star has undergone a complete lifestyle change, and is no stranger to posting a gym snap to flaunt the results.

At the end of July, he shared a snap with his 131,400 followers where he posed shirtless with his bulging biceps on show.

Famous for his shaved head and buzzcut, Kurtis now has a suave haircut to suit his chic lifestyle, featuring a shaved undercut with a swept-back fringe.

Kurtis previously spoke about his fitness journey on his page, writing: “We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of disappointment. If you want it you’ll find a way. If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse.”

After leaving the famous soap village, Kurtis turned his hand to writing columns for BestFit Magazine.
