Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid was left red-faced as she made a live blunder after “having only three hours of sleep.”
The long-running ITV show returned for another instalment on Wednesday (July 12) with Susanna and Ed Balls back at the helm.
But things took an awkward turn when the pair were discussing rumours of Love Island star Zara McDermott signing up to Strictly Come Dancing.

Previously, BBC bosses had banned reality stars and Love Islanders from taking part in the glitzy BBC One show.
But Zara, who has fronted several BBC docs since her villa stint, is set to be the first ever Love Island star to take part.
Zara shot to fame back in 2018 when she appeared on series four of the sexy and sun-soaked ITV2 dating show.
“It’s a bit of a snobby ban not allowing Love Islanders on Strictly,” GMB co-host Susanna said.
Ed then chimed in and said: “She’ll be experienced, she can pop over and have a chat with Claude,” referring to Strictly co-host Claudia Winkleman.
But the comment didn’t register with Susanna who stared at him with confusion – as the whole studio went silent.
“Oh I see, yeah right, sorry my brain was trying to get into motion.
“I only had three hours sleep remember!” she proclaimed.
Rumours of Zara’s upcoming stint on Strictly started circulating on Tuesday (July 11).
The dancing competition has seen the likes of singers, actors and sports stars all strut their stuff across the dance floor in a bid to be crowned the champ.
But for this year’s series, Beeb bosses have apparently made a tweak to their rules – by inviting Love Island star Zara, 26 to appear.
“Zara is the perfect signing for Strictly, not only is she beautiful and glamorous but she is hardworking and will take being on the show very seriously,” an insider claimed.
They added to MailOnline: “She’s absolutely loved the experience of documentary making and is over the moon to further her relationship with the BBC by signing up to Strictly.”
