Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway was warned to “calm down” as she launched a punch in her co-ost Richard Madeley’s direction.
Things took a surprising turn during Tuesday’s (August 22) instalment of the ITV show when popular YouTuber KSI appeared in the studio.
The 30-year-old, who has become a boxing sensation, spoke to presenters Kate and Richard about his upcoming match with Love Isalnd’s Tommy Fury.

But briefly, after their discussion, KSI handed Kate a pair of boxing gloves to spar with her co-host Richard.
However, the founder of Prime Energy drinks was surprised at the dramatic punch Kate aimed at Richard and quickly told her to “calm down”.
Surprised by her efforts, KSI, whose real name is Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, shouted: “You were going to knock his head off!”
But fans at home who were glued to the screens were hoping that Kate did accidentally punch Richard.
Heading over to Twitter, fans shared their thoughts on the punching scenes.
One viewer said: “@kategarraway doing what millions of viewers would just love to do right now on #Madeley.”
Another penned: “Who else wanted her to ‘accidentally on purpose’ punch him in the face?”
And a third chimed: “How many people wanting Kate to punch Richard in the gob.”
KSI will fight boxer Tommy Fury in Manchester later this year.
However, Tommy has described the upcoming bout as “easy money” and said he will knock KSI out “inside four rounds”.
The confident 24-year-old, who starred in Love Island in 2019, has won all nine of his professional fights so far and has won four by knockouts.
Earlier this year he told Sky Sports YouTubers-turned-fighters like KSI and Logan Paul”are a bit of a joke”.
The professional boxer said: “All these guys are the same to me.
“I’m used to growing up fighting against proper boxers.”
Speaking about the upcoming match on GMB, KSI insinuated that he fell into boxing but started to take it more seriously when realised that he was good at the sport.
