Hollyoaks star Davinia Taylor sowed off her shocking image overhaul as she posed in a tiny black bikini.
The 45-year-old actress share her weight loss progress on Instagram after having lost three stone before the New Year.
Promoting her weight loss regime, Davinia shared the before and after snaps with her one million Instagram followers, adding the note, “Now or Never” before writing out an inspirational caption.

“No time like now,” she started. “Link in my stories for the new year reset bundle…. We are not just talking weightless we are talking anti-inflammatory!!! I was swollen / bloated and depressed. It’s not normal to feel this way. Xxxx.”
Fellow actress and EastEnders newbie Patsy Kensit couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw Davinia Aton’s dazzling overhaul, commenting: “Can I move in with you for a month and learn everything,” followed by two laughing-crying emojis, “You are incredible!”
After reprising her role as Jude Cunningham in the Channel 4 soap in 2017, Davinia confirmed that it was “counting the chemicals” not counting the calories that helped her shed her weight.
In a This Morning interview, she said: “You don’t count calories, you’ve gotta count chemicals. What I’ve done over the years is… because I eat on depression…”
“When I’m upset or stressed I reach for carbohydrates, and that’s a form of biohacking. But basically, you’re trying to hack into your hormones to boost your mood,” she added.
In 2009, Davinia quit booze, revealing that she planned on completely turning her life around after the heartbreaking death of her mother. From then she went on to go from a size 16 to a size 8.
Her battle with depression and the loss of her mother wasn’t the only thing Davinia had to overcome. Her partying lifestyle saw her lose custody of her and ex-husband Dave Gardener’s son Grey.
At the time she was suffering with alcoholism and recently looked back on the humiliation she felt at the time.
“That humiliation to be honest that spurred me on to keep sober and keep on the program… that was a catalyst that took me into the depths of depression, the support I received was monumental,” she revealed. “I think I would be dead.”
