Ballsy A-listers are forking out on surgery to iron the wrinkles out of their scrotums.
Cosmetic surgeon to the stars Lesley Reynolds said men are smoothing out their undercarriage.
The eye-watering hour-long op “removes hair, corrects discolouration and evens out wrinkles”, she said.

Lesley, 69, told the Daily Star’s sister magazine OK! plastic surgery for men was rocketing.
“Popular procedures include hair restoration, varicose vein removal and vitamin drops,” she said.
“We’ve even had requests from some male patients for skin peels on the bald heads.
“Even more extreme requests include pubis fat pad removal which makes the penis appear larger.
“And the ‘scrotum makeover’.“
Rumour has it that many A-list stars are big fans of this hour-long testicle treatment which removes hair, corrects discoloration and evens out wrinkles.”
Lesley said business at her clinic in London’s Harley Street had boomed since male celebrities had started coming clean about their nips and tucks.
US singer-songwriter Joe Jonas, 33, recently revealed he “likes to have fillers to target his frown lines” and a “scar he has between his eyebrows’, she said.
“He looks great,’’ Lesley said. “But unlike women I find most of our male patients have little tolerance for pain and needles.
“One Hollywood hero we regularly treat is a bit shaky when he sees the needle coming towards him and he always grabs the practitioner’s hand.
“She doesn’t mind a bit.’’
Earlier on in the year, Joe slammed Wetherspoons pubs and compared the British pub chain during a chat on Heart Breakfast.
When asked if he enjoyed the experience at Weterspoons, he said: “Let’s just say it wouldn’t be my first go-to.”
He continued: “Erm yeah but you know, for us growing up when we were touring in the States we were too young to have a pint after the show and kick it with our friends so we would go to the only place open late which was a Waffle House.
“They serve breakfast items all day and we would sit there and talk and it became more of this safe place for us, so there’s other places like that for anyone in the world.”
