I’m A Celebrity star Danielle Harold has appeared to snub fellow campmate Sam Thompson – just one day after her exit and hopes for him.
The EastEnders star became the latest famous face to get the boot from the Aussie jungle in Thursday’s episode (December 7). And on Friday (December 8), Danielle appeared on ITV’s Lorraine to talk about her jungle journey.
“Who do you think will win? Sam or Josie, you won’t mind?” Lorraine Kelly asked. Danielle replied: “It’s hard to choose because I’ve bonded with those guys so much in there.”

However, the blonde beauty still gave an answer. She said: “But Josie is my girlie, standing strong for the girls still!
“So I’m definitely rooting for my Jose 100%. She is an incredible person and it has been such a joy spending time with her.”
It appeared that Danielle had changed her tune on who she wanted to win. During her exit interview with Ant and Dec, Danielle revealed she wanted her pal Sam Thompson to become King of the jungle.
It comes after Danielle appeared to also snub Fred Sirieix during her exit interview with Ant and Dec. The TV star was asked who is the better cook between Josie Gibsona and Fred, following the pair’s tense feud about cooking. And Danielle confessed she prefers This Morning host Josie’s meals to Fred’s as it felt more like “home-cooking.”
Danielle, who won prizes including a National TV Award for her incredible portrayal of Lola Pearce-Brown, went down a storm with fans at home watching this year’s I’m A Celeb. And it’s fair to say her joined journey wasn’t plain sailing.

Her I’m A Celebrity adventure ended 24 hours after she had to have a tick removed. She joked at the time: “Jungle experience, tick… tick.”
She also got to be camp leader earlier in the week, which meant she could sleep in the camper van. And she admitted she was surprised to make friends with everyone in camp including Farage.
She said in the bush telegraph: “I never in a million years thought I’d have a friendship like this with Nigel, ever. Ever. We’re like, complete opposite in our views.”
