Jamie Foxx, 55, has broken his silence after he experienced a medical emergency and was taken to hospital.
The Hollywood actor told his 17 million followers in an Instagram post on Wednesday (May 3) how he feels “blessed” and “appreciates” all their love, followed by praying hands, heart and fox emojis.
The Grammy-winning actor also shoutedout friend Nick Cannon who has filled in hosting duties for him on the popular game show Beat Shazam, sharing: “Appreciate ya my boy @nickcannon see u all soon.”

Jamie’s currently resting at a medical facility in Georgia, where he is undergoing tests after he fell ill in Atlanta on April 11.
He mysteriously fell ill while filming his upcoming Netflix movie Back in Action alongside Cameron Diaz.
A few weeks back on April 11 and Jamie’s daughter Corinne Fox, 29, gave fans an update as she told his fans that “he is already on his way to recovery.”
Corinne announced on social media at the time: “We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery.
“We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time. Much love, The Foxx Family.”
No further details on the star’s condition have been shared so far, as it is unclear what Jamie suffered from.
Celebrities have since offered their support for Jamie and his family, with pal Nick recently sharing an update on his condition.
“Man, I’m praying. I literally have been saying prayers out loud. Words of affirmation for my big brother,” Nick told Entertainment Tonight a few weeks ago on April 23.
“He’s awake. They say he’s alert,” he added.

Earlier that week, fellow comedian Martin Lawrence also said he heard Jamie was “doing better.”
“My prayers go out for him every night and just wishing the best for him, one of the best that we got in Hollywood,” he confessed to Extra on April 20.
Adding: “Not only one of the best entertainers but a good person.”
