Speaking on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, the doting mum told listeners that he is currently being treated in hospital after his problem got worse.
She explained: “I’m going to see Harvey on Wednesday. He’s having real problems with his ear. He kept phoning me yesterday.
“They syringed all his ear out at the hospital again yesterday, so he’s calling me and going [crying], ‘Mum!’ and all that.
“Then last night when he went to bed, they’ve put a bandage around his head to stop him doing that [touching his ears]. So he’s phoning me feeling very sorry for himself, so I’m going to go and see him on Wednesday.”
The mum-of-five went on to reveal Harvey’s love of hotels which he wants to visit as a treat for when he leaves hospital.
Katie went on: “All he wants to do is go and stay in a hotel – and I know why, because he wants all the room service. And the cuddles. So I’m looking forward to that because I miss him.”
Harvey has been living at the National Star College in Cheltenham which is an independent specialist further education college for people with complex needs.
The reality TV star has attended the five-star school since he was 19 after his behaviour at home had become too much for his family to handle.
He is prone to violent outbursts and mum Katie said: “His behaviour is so bad at the minute. His ear doesn’t help. I can bring him home but he will smash everything.
“I said to the guys that look after him, ‘Thank you so much’ because I know he’s being really difficult at the minute.

“Yet if I ring him, he’s like, ‘I’m busy mum, I’m busy!’ and I’m like, ‘No, Harv, you’re not busy. I want to talk to you, listen to mummy’. And he goes, ‘Ok what? Be quick mummy’. I’m like, ‘Where’s this all coming from?’
It comes after Harvey made it into the Guinness World Record books for the longest drawing of a train, with the keen artist spending four weeks drawing the record breaking 12.3metre long picture of his favourite train, the Gatwick express.
