Lizzie McGuire may have catapulted Hilary Duff into becoming Disney royalty, but not everyone on the show went down the same path.
Her prankster little brother Matt, played by Jake Thomas, appeared on the TV show from 2001 to 2004.
Jake was only 11 when he bagged the role on the show, and the actor is now 31 and almost unrecognisable.

The actor was recently seen with a moustache as he appeared on a podcast to open up about his time on the hit show.
Chatting with the hosts in a preview clip, Jake admitted that he “stole everything” from the show, adding: “You name it, I have it”.
He also admitted his parents had so much memorabilia from the show, they “didn’t know what to do with it”.
Since the series, he continued acting, as he landed a role in the Steven Spielberg film A.I. Artificial Intelligence, before attending California State University with a degree in screen writing and Japanese.
He also appeared in big shows such as ER, Cory in the House, CSI Miami, Rules of Engagement, Criminal Minds and House.
He had also been lined up to appear in the new Lizzie McGuire series on Disney+, but the show was pulled by the streaming service in 2020.
But in recent years, he has changed his career path as he commercial entertainment photographer and director.
Meanwhile, Hilary remains an actress, and appeared in a number of hit rom-coms since the show, which followed her character as she navigated her way through high school with her best friends and love interests.
The show also starred Lalaine Vergara-Paras as Miranda, Adam Lamberg as Gordo, and both Hallie Todd and Robert Carradine as Lizzie’s hilarious parents.
