Love Island star Tanyel Revan has opened up about her pre-villa transformation, sharing a lengthy list of procedures she had done before heading to the show.
The 26-year-old ended up coupled with Kai Fagan during Monday night’s (January 17) launch episode, nabbing him from two other girls who chose him.
And there’s no wonder Kai stepped forward for the North London beauty, as she has confessed she went through a rather large transformation before entering the villa.

Speaking before entering her temporary home in South Africa, Tanyel revealed she’d had some injectable work done, as well as some semi-permanent makeup.
She told OK! and other press: “So luckily, my best friends are all like in aesthetics, beauty and hair. So I’m sorted, I’m quite lucky with that. I had my Botox, my fillers, everything topped up. My hair done.”
The brunette bombshell continued: “What else did I get done? Semi-permanent makeup, my lips, my eyebrows – ombre brow. Other than that, everything else wasn’t really planned.”
And while her beauty regime was clearly well thought out, her packing was less organised and she admitted she had a friend help her as she was “running around like a headless chicken”.
Love Island ladies often make sure they’re all topped up when it comes to injectables before entering the villa – however some grow to regret their enhanced looks.
Molly-Mae Hague had her filler dissolved after saying she was “terrified” when she looked at old pictures of herself, in which she had a sculpted jaw and lips.
Speaking on The Diary Of A CEO podcast back in 2021, Molly said: “I literally looked like a different person. When I look back at pictures now, I’m terrified of myself. I’m like, ‘Who was that girl?’ I don’t know what happened.
“But there was this one pivotal moment where I’d gone and got loads of filler and I posted a YouTube video and I hadn’t let the filler settle and it was really swollen and a screenshot from that video, it trended on Twitter for weeks.”
A number of other stars have opted to remove their fillers too after the show, including Shaughna Phillips and Faye Winter.
Love Island continues nightly at 9pm on ITV2
