Rihanna has finally confirmed the name of her second son, a whole month after welcoming him into the world.
She already settled on a rather unusual name for her first baby, 16-month-old RZA Athelston Mayers – and now Rihanna has decided on an equally rare moniker for her new baby.
The Diamonds hitmaker and beau A$AP Rocky have named their son Riot Rose Mayers, as seen in his official birth certificate.

Riot’s name is a nod to A$AP’s recent hit track Riot, featuring Pharrell Williams.
The Blast obtained a copy of Riot’s birth certificate, which stated he was born on August 1 at Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
And they’re keeping the R’s in the family, making them Rihanna, Rocky, Riot Rose and RZA.
Rihanna’s OB-GYN was also revealed on the certificate, listed as Thais Aliabadi – best known for helping Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner welcome their own babies during the run of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
He even helped to deliver Al Pacino’s new baby, who he shares with girlfriend Noor Alfallah.
Speaking about her pregnancy this time around, RiRi told Entertainment Tonight: “It’s so different from the first one. No cravings. Tonnes of nausea. Everything’s different, but I’m enjoying it.
“I feel good, I feel energetic.”
The star has yet to share any pictures of her second baby, but fans are waiting to see him for the first time with bated breath.
Meanwhile, Rihanna’s first baby RZA has a very deep meaning behind his own name.
