Rihanna and ASAP Rocky’s son’s name has finally been revealed nearly a year after they welcomed their first child.
According to a birth certificate obtained by DailyMail, the Hollywood couple chose the name RZA Athelston Mayers for their sweet baby boy.
The certificate outlines that baby RZA was given his father’s middle name of, Athelston.

The certificate of live birth also highlights that RZA was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The surprise reveal comes nearly a year after the musicians welcomed their child together on May 13, 2022, with the pair choosing to keep their son’s name a secret for almost a year.

Social media users have gone wild after discovering their baby boy’s name, with many sharing their reactions online.
One loyal fan wrote on Twitter: “Rihanna’s kid’s name is Rza? That’s so dope.”
While a second added: “Rza is cool and unique. Wow,” as another surprised fan tweeted: “No way we finally know his name. Welcome, baby Rza. The sweetest name for the sweetest little boy.”

Eagle-eyed fans even highlighted that the Umbrella singer may have teased her son’s name over the last few months as she was seen wearing clothes repping Wu-Tang Clan.
On several occasions, Rihanna was spotted wearing the Wu-Tang merchandise.
On April 5, she was spotted carrying her baby boy while wearing a loose-fitted black Wu-Tang Clan top.

On another occasion last year, a few months after she welcomed her first child, Rihanna was snapped wearing another RZA T-shirt while out in New York.
It comes after Rihanna left the world speechless in February during her Super Bowl performance as she announced she was expecting her second child, just nine months after giving birth to her firstborn.
The Diamond hit-maker delivered a show-stopping set in a revealing red jumpsuit, confirming her second pregnancy.
